Sap Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Oversee project team members, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure milestones are met.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Coordinate resources and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and issues, and provide status reports to senior management.
Gather business requirements and work with functional and technical teams to translate them into SAP solutions.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that arise during project execution.
Provide leadership in problem-solving, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of project obstacles.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Develop testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions by end users.
Coordinate training, communication, and documentation to help users adapt to new systems or processes.
Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure financial resources are used effectively.
Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., SAP consultants, developers, and vendors) to ensure project success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
