Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Malaysia.
This hybrid role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
You will play a key role in transforming HR processes, ensuring our clients achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness with their HR systems.
ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions within the SuccessFactors environment.
Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and provide recommendations for optimizing their SuccessFactors modules.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them to make the most of the system's capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
QualificationsProven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, or other related areas.
Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is a plus.
Experience in IT consulting or a similar environment.
Familiarity with data migration and integration processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead client engagements.
