Your RoleThis position will be responsible for evaluation, design, and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency.
It will be expected to manage data analysis related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes.
Additionally, it may be deployed to support design of future state process design across the enterprise.
This role will support the implementation of process improvements including design and deployment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes across department and the ability to help design and recommend process changes, procedure redesign.
The person will manage the team of Key Users in GFSS Kuala Lumpur and cooperate very closely with GFSS Global Key Users teams.
A Typical DayLead and coordinate quality, efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices, and drive business results and growth.

Manage team support to ensure efficient issue resolution and minimal business impact, act as escalation point for serious issues.
Cooperate closely with GFSS Global Key Users to standardize and align the solutions across the regions.
Focus on the internal stakeholder and be an active participant in creating a seamless experience.
Analyze existing process, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform workflow.
Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed internal stakeholder expectations.
Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution.
Partner with Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with IT to incorporate automation where applicable.
Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements.
Conduct on-going research and benchmark against industry best practices.
Organize cross functional groups across departments to work collaboratively toward the effective and efficient pursuit of pre-determined goals.
Participate in projects including planning, impact analysis, scheduling, and communication.
Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team.
Support Problem Solving culture and mindset.
Set up a strong and transparent cooperation with SMEs.
Who You AreCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Economic/ Finance/Accounting.
Possess good knowledge of SAP system.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a line manager role with proven record of leadership skills.
Core CompetenciesAbility to present complex processes in easy-to-understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization.
Experienced with Shared Services environment as well as strong understanding of business goals and policies.
Problem solving skills, continuous improvement and processes automation approach.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management.
Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization.
