Program Overview The Schneider Graduate Program is a 2-years leadership program.
It is designed to empower you with an accelerated journey to discover yourself through 3 rotations.
This will give you an opportunity to make an impact with one of the world's most sustainable companies.
You will be given intentional exposure and opportunity to handle projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while working with stakeholders globally!
Available Tracks/Career Paths Commercial - Drive profitable growth and transformation within the organization relating to marketing Engineering - Provide technical advisory and execution support to internal and external stakeholders.
Digital - Drive business process efficiency and enable end-to-end industry & building solutions.
