Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
The salary indicated above is the basic salary only. In addition, you will be entitled to a travel allowance and incentive.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information about admissions requirements, registration, fees, withdrawal processes, and other student services.
Offer accurate information to prospective families regarding school programs, policies, procedures, and events.
Handle and resolve issues or concerns from parents and students, working to find effective solutions.
2. Conduct School Tour:
Schedule and conduct school tours, ensuring that accurate information is provided to parents and confirming that visitors fully understand all relevant details.
Responsible with student enrolment and registration.
Ensuring that all documents are complete, verifying that the payments made by parents are accurate, and collecting all necessary paperwork to maintain accurate student records.
4. Coordination of School Events:
Coordinate school events such as open days, parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and special programs.
5. Participation in School Events:
Participate in and represent the school at enrolment activities organized by the school, including open days, sports days, carnival and others.
6. Generate Weekly Reports:
Generate weekly reports on visitation, enrolment, and inquiries, as well as other statistical reports for periodic reporting and ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.
Maintain and update student records with accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Other:
Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:A Diploma or Degree in Administration or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle administrative tasks, multitask efficiently, and manage time effectively.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel between branches within the Klang Valley.
5 Working Days per week (Monday to Friday).
Monthly fixed travelling allowance.
1 week holiday for CNY (no force leave, free leave given by company).
1 week holiday for Hari Raya (no force leave, free leave given by company).
Team building.
Training will be provided.
