This is an exciting opportunity to guide and support a highly diverse and skilled Agile team throughout their development cycle.Your new roleAs a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies according to the SAFe framework, driving Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Removing impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Creating, maintaining, and continuously monitoring an integrated project plan, covering scope, budget, timeline, risks, resources, quality, and communication.
What you'll need to succeedExperience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
