Scrum Masters Lead

Job SummaryResponsible for a team's effectiveness and continuous improvement; a servant leader accountable for helping the team focus on creating value, coaches its members in self-management and cross-functionality, within Agile principles, values and methodologies.
Job Accountabilities - Key AccountabilitiesMasters various agile frameworks and, therefore, is responsible for assessing and identifying the most appropriate one for each context.
By facilitating the methodology, leads the delivery team towards self-organization and continuous improvement to produce an increment of value.
Develops the team's maturity throughout projects of large complex delivery.
Responsible for removing impediments to the team's progress and creating a protective environment based on openness, commitment, focus, courage and respect.
Serves the Product Owner and Manager by helping to define the product goal, roadmap and prioritize the backlog accordingly.
Job QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Advanced Scrum Master certification (A-CSM, PSM II, or equivalent) is required.
SAFe certification is a strong advantage.
Preferred:
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously across large, complex projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
