Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SE/AM - IT Projects to lead and manage technology projects across the organization.
This role involves end-to-end project management, team leadership, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks effectively based on team members' strengths.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and align project goals.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactively.
Ensure proper documentation of project plans, deliverables, and lessons learned.
Leverage knowledge in Oracle NetSuite and related tools for system integration and optimization.
Key Requirements
Proven experience leading IT projects in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite tools such as SuiteBundler, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and integration tools (REST, SOAP APIs) is a strong advantage.
Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving results.
Experience with cloud-based systems and integration tools.
