Sea Career Development Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CD records for each SEA consulting staff, ensuring accurate data integration with other client's HR systems.
Coordinate and support CD for transfer candidates (in/outbound).
Coordinate with peers from other teams (e.g., Finance, Human Resources) and with counterparts across the region to maintain accuracy of information on systems.
Independently propose initiatives and work with the manager in developing and continuously improving the Consulting Team's career development framework and process.
Support key reporting & analytics.
Generate reports and perform data analysis for pre- and post-CDC reporting as well as ad-hoc requests.
Prepare relevant HR and workforce planning reports – attrition and tenure on a monthly basis for the regional and global teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
