The ideal candidate has as many of the following capabilities:
Knowledge of ranking factors
Link building expertise
Experience with SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Experience with content checking and management
Ability to improve SEO processes
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
Experience working with Wordpress CMS
They should also ideally have the following characteristics:
Strong English communications abilities
Excellent ability to work in teams and manage others
Is proactive and organised
Is continually willing to learn and self-improve
