Create, claim, and verify clients' Google Business Profiles.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles according to best practices to increase local ranking and visibility.
Share relevant news, updates, and promotional content on Google Business Profiles to engage and inform customers effectively.
Integrate Google reviews into profiles, highlighting relevant snippets to showcase the client's positive reputation.
Develop and implement strategies to help achieve client's business goals.
Attend client inquiries and concerns related to Google Business Profiles, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with Google Business Profile support to resolve complex issues and optimize profile performance.
Perform keyword research, provide SEO analysis, and enhance content.
Manage all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
Monitor project performance and communicate with team members.
Produce periodic reports on SEO campaigns.
Conduct research on clients' brand and products, discuss clients' core message and target audience and produce high quality content.
Write on-page and off-page content for optimization purposes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, changes, ranking factors, and best practices in both Google Business Profile management and SEO.
Support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.

Desired Education & Experience:
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Advertising/Media Studies, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
1 – 3 years of working experience as a digital copywriter or in similar fields.
1 – 2 years of experience in SEO campaign management.
Google Analytics certification is an advantage.
Strong communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
