Creating and distributing educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, modules, etc.).
Assessing and recording students' progress and providing grades and feedback.
Collaborating with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participating in regular meetings.
Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom.
Planning and executing educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
Preparing lessons, units, and projects to complete learning objectives.
Observing and understanding students' behavior and psyche and reporting suspicions of neglect or abuse.
Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths.
Working with students one-on-one when they need extra help or attention.
