-Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.


-Scheduling: Help coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.


-Correspondence: Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other business documents as directed.


-Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.


-Record Keeping: Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and filing systems to ensure all information is current and accessible.


-Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage the front desk as needed.


-Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and other activities.


-Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed to assist in decision-making and project planning.


-Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.


-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to team projects.
