About the roleWe're looking for an experienced Secretarial Assistant to join our team in Sibu, Sarawak.
In this full-time role, you will provide vital secretarial support to our partners and staff, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Assisting company sec to prepare resolutions, returns and other matters in compliance to the Companies Act 2016
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Secretarial Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Conversant in Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
