ResponsibilitiesTo understand all relevant Acts and Regulations; and to ensure compliance thereof.
To confirm and prepare for meetings, prepare board papers, attend meetings and prepare minutes thereof.
To monitor and ensure all deadlines are met.
To prepare resolutions, statutory forms, update statutory records and filing into relevant source/file.
To liaise with relevant authorities and other professionals and any other parties.
To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior/Management as and when required.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Company Secretarial/ Professional Qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years corporate secretarial experience and MAICSA member/SSM license holder/pursuing CGI certification.
Experienced with corporate governance matters and familiar with Bank Negara guidelines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, display professionalism and ability to exercise confidentiality.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (written and oral) an added advantage.
Able to handle a portfolio of companies including public listed companies.
