Job Description 
In charge of handling all secretarial and administrative duties.To provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director.To manage and schedule appointments, coordinate travelling arrangements, itineraries and accommodation requirements.Liaise with external parties and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.Take on other ad-hoc related duties as and when needed. Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Flexible, highly resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.Mature, proactive, well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.
