Job Descriptions Administrative Support: Assist the Chairman with daily administrative tasks, basic accounting, legal matters, conduct research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate business activities, ensuring smooth operations.Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman.Schedule appointments, maintain the Chairman's events calendar, and send reminders.Prepare meeting agendas, provide necessary materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.Oversee the Chairman's office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.Travel Coordination: Organize and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.Accompany the Chairman to board meetings, business trips, providing on-the-ground support as needed.Flexibility and Availability: Be available to support the Chairman outside of regular business hours, including weekends, as required.Adapt to last-minute changes and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Able to take on cross-regional employment, such as travel to China, Japan, Kuala Lumpur, and other places..
