Secretary / Personal Assistant (Managing Director Office)Add expected salary to your profile for insights.
Provide comprehensive secretarial works and administrative support to senior management.
Monitor departmental performance, offer strategic insights, and organise key meetings, reports and materials efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and assist with personal tasks for senior management.
Manage schedules, appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant would be advantageous.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Discretion to carry out and provide support for tasks requiring a high level of confidentiality.
