MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for Capital Management, Regulatory Reporting, Internal Reporting, for example, Funds Transfer Pricing and Hurdle Rate, as well as ensure all capital and FTP related framework and policy are well maintained.
Responsible for all ad-hoc requests from Management, including perform simulation and analysis to assist management decisions.
Review and prepare regulatory reporting, i.e.
Risk Weighted Capital Ratio (RWCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Liquidity Framework (NLF) etc, to be submitted within the stipulated timeline.
Review and reflect the requirements in the BNM reports as per new or revision policy documents from BNM.
Analyze and assess the needs of raising additional capital or funding.
Prepare the Annual Capital Plan (ACP) during budget planning period.
Review, maintain and update capital management related documents.
Support on FTP computation, including analytics and implications.
Assist in attending to any ad-hoc requests, requested from the management, or other divisions, or BNM, etc.
Review, maintain and update FTP related documents.
Analyze, interpret and present the Hurdle Rate report to ALCO on a monthly basis.
Review, maintain and update Hurdle Rate related documents.
Undertake any ad-hoc projects/duties as required.
Perform analysis of data/reports and provide findings to relevant parties as and when required.
Update and maintain all related frameworks / policies / guidelines/ standard operating procedures (SOP).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Accounting, Finance or any relevant fields.
Not less than 5 to 7 years of experience in the relevant banking industry covering finance field (application and practice).
Have sufficient exposure in managing Capital and Balance Sheet.
Experienced in working on BNM reporting such as Basel.
Adequate computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc) skills and SQL skills.
