Job DescriptionRepresent Thai AirAsia during the Audits and Inspections conducted by the AVSEC Regulatory authorities in India.Filling of the compliance report for the NCR given during the audits and inspection in consultation with CSOEnsure an effective response to any threat or security incident related to Thai AirAsia.Ensure proper supervision over the security service provider and other relevant agencies for the implementation of BCAS approved security Programme of Thai AirAsia.Advise the Security Ground handling agencies to initiate special security measures during periods of increased risk and/or for critical flights and routes or as advised from time to time by the BCAS and the airline.Promote security awareness and vigilance.Ensure maintenance of all security documents issued by the BCAS and Aircraft OperatorMaintain the Thai AirAsia security program provided at the station with the latest amendments in accordance with guidelines issued by the CSOSubmit Fortnightly Security reports and reports related to security incidents to CSORepresent Thai AirAsia in the monthly security meetingsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any fields with relevant working experience in Security Functions in aviation industry Basic AVSEC Course, Basic AVSEC Management, National Auditors and Crisis management with professional security backgroundFamiliarity with aircraft and commercial air transport operationsGood communication and interpersonal skillAble to make effective liaison with regulatory authority and other agencies at the airport Familiar with relevant legislation and regulations relating to aviation security;Able to work under pressure.We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.At AirAsia, you will be treated fairly and given all chances to be your are committed to creating a diverse work environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
