Security Enforcement Team Leader

Job DescriptionManage and direct the team whilst liaising with law enforcement agencies to ensure that the Company's objectives and interests are achieved. Ensure the implementation of a positive security culture within the organization.Make sure all security functions are performed and procedures are implemented by applicable regulations and standards of Thai AirAsiaPrevent internal and external fraud.Investigate all internal and external fraud cases.Monitor and keep track of new trends of domestic and internal threats related to aviation.Collaborate with other security companies and government bodies for effective protection and coverageFocus on surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior.Conduct risk assessment on cyber Security, and gather intelligence reports from regulatory authorities to conduct risk and threat assessment for domestic and international routes. Conduct Passenger Profiling / Plan and conduct Covert test.Plan and conduct Drug and Alcohol tests.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any fieldAt least 3 years of experience in managing the Aviation Security Function in any airline.Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential. Willing to work as a shift or be ready if there is any urgent case occurHaving undergone various Aviation Security Courses also courses related to security would be an advantage.If you wish to review how we handle and protect your personal data, please review our Privacy Notice for Candidates.
