Job Summary:
The Security Manager will oversee the development and implementation of the security program and management system, ensuring adherence to local laws, regulations, and corporate security policies.
This role includes conducting regular security audits across all company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate security programs and procedures to safeguard company personnel, information, and assets.
Review and update corporate security procedures, provide training to security staff on procedural changes, and monitor the implementation of these procedures across all sites.
Set corporate security audit standards and conduct regular audits to assess adherence to security protocols at all locations.
Create a New Product Introduction (NPI) work plan aligned with the company's production and operational targets, and oversee the execution of this plan.
Ensure compliance with external customer security audits, promptly addressing their security requirements and resolving any complaints.
Classify, compile, and analyze security incidents, formulating appropriate corrective and preventive measures for all sites.
Prepare and submit all security reports in a timely manner to the Director of SAAC.
Conduct thorough investigations into security irregularities and incidents.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of SAAC.
Minimum Academic Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, military, or a security-related role in the private sector.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Administrative:
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Business alignment and focus.
Technical:
Knowledge and experience in corporate irregularity investigations.
Experience in designing and deploying technical security systems.
Familiarity with risk management concepts and guard force management.
Others:
Strong integrity and ethical standards.
Logical thinking skills.
Willingness to travel.
