Responsibilities:Registration and issuance of entry passes to visitors/vendors who have dealings with the company.
Screen all incoming items, parcels, packages, etc.
to determine their validity and safety.
Ensure that all outgoing packages are only allowed when accompanied by authorized documents issued and approved by Heads of Department.
Enforce the Key Control Procedures - issue to authorized personnel only.
Inventories must be carried out at every change in position.
Monitor and check vehicles entering and exiting the Receiving Bay.
Conduct periodical spot checks on employees at their workstations.
Secure and check exits/entrances of property.
Ensure free flow of traffic around the complex and in the car park of the property.
Ensure that all garbage going out is properly sorted out for equipment to prevent it from being used as a means to get things out of the premises.
Issue guests with the guest portion of the luggage tag and tag the luggage accordingly.
Maintain the CCTV equipment to ensure it is in good working order.#J-18808-Ljbffr
