To ensure that only on-duty staff is allowed to enter the hotel premises.- To ensure that off-duty staff does not allow entry without permission of the department head concerned. Should permission be granted, the staff shall record on the 'off-duty staff movement' logbook.- To ensure that no undesirable character enters the hotel premises.- To ensure that no outsiders, including relatives, families or friends enter the hotel premises without permission from the management.- To ensure that no ex-staff enter the hotel premises without approval of the Director of Human Resource or Security Manager or Duty Manager.- To ensure that no hotel property to be taken out without written authorization from the relevant Division/Head of Department. Check the date and time things taken out and affix his signature on the document.- To ensure that on-duty staff intending to leave the hotel premises for the specific purpose, eg: going to the bank, etc., shall produce written approval from Division/Department Heads (staff movement form).
