The Security Operations Analyst is accountable for all security services in NTT DATA Business Solutions. The Security Operations Analyst will monitor client, server and network security systems and investigate all alerts/anomalies as part of the Security Operations team. The Security Operations team collaborates with various teams to investigate and resolve security incidents/issues and takes a pro-active approach to the discovery of issues across client, server and network infrastructure. Security Operations Analysts have access to a comprehensive training library as well as sandpit environments and it is expected that these facilities are used to increase knowledge and develop skillsets.
Responsible for all security incidents which includes investigation, troubleshooting, resolving and dispatching of tickets. (Ownership of all security incidents through to resolution) Administer the global Endpoint Protection System at NDBS sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection. Responsible to complete reporting templates based on security incidents. Responsible to retain incidents based on its full lifecycle and escalation as required. Responsible to monitor security incident queues, monitoring of client, server and network security systems. Pro-active discovery of security issues using approved tools. Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management. Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies. Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions. To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to. Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security Must be able to work shift hours including early/late shift, weekends, and public holiday. (Mandatory) Fluent in English, experience in international collaboration. Must possess excellent work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette. Keen to continue self-development. Min 1 years of experience as Security Analyst. (Fresh Graduate are welcome) Proven knowledge in Cybersecurity Relevant industry experience. Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
