Security Operation Officer Pulau Pinang

Responsibilities:
Regularly patrol or spot check at each post to ensure members are on site.
Make written reports on patrol books, guard report books, and inspect visitors' books and other relevant records.
Address management regarding security guards (e.g., misconduct, absence from post, defaults).
Ensure the welfare of the guards and monitor their work.
Maintain discipline among guards while on duty.
Find an alternate guard in the event of a vacancy or guard stop.
Record attendance to ensure the number of guards meets management's requirements.
Send reports of guard arrivals to the office for record-keeping regarding overtime payments and daily loans.
Attend monthly management meetings (client) or headquarters if available.
Be available for contact within 24 hours in case of emergency.
Take action in accordance with company rules in the event of disobedience.
