breach, Brand Protection/Intellectual Property issues, loss prevention cases, workplace violence etc.
).Maintain security system operations and report any malfunctions in security equipment / access control /alarm system.Assist in incident investigations, interviews, and generate accurate incident reports regarding loss, theft, access breach, threats and damage, etc.Provide training to security outsource team members.Coordinate with various support teams such as Global Security, IT, Facilities, HR, Logistics, ERT teams.Man, view and operate the Security Operations Centre.To assist in ensuring the supply chain security methodologies including logistic, material, procurement and inventory control are being adhered and enforced.To assist in all supply chain security assessments/audits i.e.
C-TPAT, customer audit, internal and external audit as and whenever directed by the superior.Job RequirementCandidate must possess at least SPM & Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U certificate.
Professional Certificate, any field or professional security qualification would be advantageous.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Security organization, managing outsource guards will be advantageous.Experienced in conducting preliminary investigations on security related incidents: breach, loss prevention cases, workplace violence etc.Knowledge and hands-on experiences in security systems - Intrusion Alarm, CCTV related systems, Integrated security systems, Card Access Systems, Visitor Management System, etc.Involved in supply chain security assessments/audits i.e.
C-TPAT, customer audit, internal and external audit would be good to have.Working proficiency in English and Malay.
Ability to converse and/or write/read in other languages is advantageous.Physically fit to be able to walk the site and able to stand for part of the working hours and lift occasional weight.
