Primary function is to own and collaborate with the team in delivering and supporting security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge/ best practices.Responsibilities: As a Specialist/ Consultant, you would perform the following duties and responsibilities:Design and Deploy Microsoft M365 Security and Compliance Solutions Perform onboarding or implementation of security solutions for internal and external customers for e.g.
MS Purview, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Office, Endpoint, Intune and more.Monitor and measure system resources, and if needed, resolve issues related to security alerts, events and incidents related to emails, changes and problem ticketsProvide inputs & develop technical documents based on repeat/ incidents and help assist SMEs during problem resolutionTroubleshoot security related service issues as they occur and follow up with after action reviewsFollow Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management toolRequirements:Experience in designing, implementing, supporting, troubleshooting and delivering security solutions such as: Essential skills: (At least 2 or 3 Core Modules) M365 Security and Compliance solutions Defender for Endpoint (with Intune) Azure Cloud Purview (MIP/ AIP/ DLP) Entra IDBonus skills: (Good to have)Workplace Setup/ migration to Microsoft eco-system Azure Arc – hybrid/ multi-cloud management & solutionKey Skillsets & experiences:Good experience in designing, implementing & troubleshooting at least two of the above requirementsImplemented Microsoft solutions for global customers/ settings Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and within the team.
Have good understanding of Security Operations and Service Deliverycontext.
Exposure to ISO 27001, PCI related certification and compliance practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to customers, in simple layman terms.
Exposure to ITIL processes in supporting Security Solutions and Service Delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in Implementation/ deployment of Microsoft security solutions Technical Certifications such as SC-100, SC-400, SC-200, AZ-900(mandatory)Skills and Abilities:Good command of English with cross-cultural communication skills, other foreign languages are a plusAdvanced knowledge of cloud security concepts and tools Ability to clearly articulate and understand both objectives and deliverables Ability to interact with various teams and customers to work on different projects A team player and fast learner Share best practices and proactively suggest continuous improvements Escalate operational issues to management when necessary Willing to work extended hours during incidentsPerformance Criteria:Security Delivery team to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement with end customers.Maintain project timelines and closures.
