DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Area Visits and Sales Conduct:
? Conduct daily visits and provide sales and service support to designated areas and outlets as routed by the Region Head or Business Operations (Biz Ops).
? Achieve a minimum of 20 outlet visits per day, ensuring consistent market presence.
Market Penetration:
? Explore and initiate sales in new areas or states, following approval and acknowledgment from the Region Head or Biz Ops, to expand market reach.
Sales Target Achievement:
? A monthly sales target of RM30,000, with targets reviewed quarterly.
Wholesaler Development:
? Identify, engage, and recruit wholesalers within assigned areas to enhance distribution networks and market coverage.
Trade Marketing Execution:
? Communicate Trade Marketing initiatives effectively, including both national and local programs, to drive awareness and engagement with retailers.
App Engagement & Cashback Assistance:
? Encourage retailers to download the App, guiding them through the process and assisting with claiming cashback rewards available on the platform.
Credit and Collection Management:
? Ensure all outstanding balances with outlets are settled promptly, with a focus on maintaining payment within due dates.
Additional Duties:
? Undertake any other responsibilities or assignments as required by the Company, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic business needs.
