Responsibilities: Level 1 support agent for Zalora Sellers via Ticketing and Live Chat system. Provide an excellent customer experience by promptly acknowledging and resolving customer complaints within the Service Level Agreements.
Have in-depth knowledge of Zalora systems, products, and services in order to provide accurate advise and resolution to service desk enquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
May perform additional projects and ad hoc duties upon request Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (required in Operations / Business / Management or other relevant course) Able to communicate well in English as Service Desk covers SEA region Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage Possess basic Microsoft Excel knowledge Detail oriented and able to own the situation when needed A customer-oriented person who is friendly yet determined to excel in a fast-growing company Posses a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude and able to maintain one's composure at all times.
