Semi Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
? Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
? Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
? Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
? Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation and approval.
? Review and analyze account balances and financial statements.
? Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.
? Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
? Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
? Assist with internal and external audits.
? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
? Perform variance analysis and explain significant differences.
? Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
? Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial
information.
? Support senior accountants and management with ad hoc projects and analysis.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
? 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite,
particularly Excel.
? Strong understanding of financial reporting principles.
? Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to
work independently and as part of a team.
