Job DescriptionAs a Senior 3D Artist & Creative Lead, you will play a vital role in leading our team of 3D artists on a wide range of projects with varying disciplines in the visual effects space, including modelling, texturing, lighting, compositing, and rendering.
It is important you also possess good critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creative ideation with a strong sense of design and keen eye for detail.
We are looking for someone with good communication and social skills, who is a natural extrovert and can lead the team effectively while managing and communicating directly with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Versatile Skill Set:Being a super generalist in various 3D disciplines such as modelling, texturing, compositing, lighting, and rigging.
Creative Collaborations:Working on stunning commercials, films, and animations for international clients alongside key production partners.
Idea Generation:Leading brainstorming sessions and conceptualizing campaigns for clients.
Team Leadership:You are the captain of the ship, responsible for your team of 3D artists.
Job RequirementsProficiency across a multitude of 3D softwareis a MUST: Cinema 4D, Redshift, Adobe Creative Suite.
Unreal Engine, Blender, and Houdini are a bonus.
MUST have your own transport(car) for this leadership position.
You must alsopossess good social skills, critical thinking , and have an extroverted personality to bring teams together.
Strong knowledge in 3D design principles is imperative.You need to be able to dissect, analyze and determinewhat makes a good animation and/or styleframe.
Your leadership skills will be important as you will be tasked withcarrying and leading the creative team .
