Senior Account Executive / Assistant Account Manager

Prepare full set of accounts, management report and ad hoc financial analysis to help improve overall results of the company.
Manage fixed asset transactions.
Lead and manage stock take exercise.
General Ledger Administration related issues.
Prepare and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
Plan, manage and monitor cash flow to ensure overdue sales amounts are recovered and sufficient cash is maintained for payments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Ensure all management, consolidated accounts and statutory reporting submissions are done on a timely and accurate basis.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Verify payments prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company's SOPs.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments such as production, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth financial operations.
Handle taxation & auditing related matters.
Manage ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar degree.
Preferably more than 10 to 15 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in trading, manufacturing, and project accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact at all levels.
