Senior Account Executive

Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Accounting / ACCA / CPA / CFA / CIMA / ICAEW / MIA or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high-volume environment
Able to converse in Malay/English and preferably in Mandarin to meet the Mandarin customers' requirements
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPrepare full set accounts for active & multiple phase property development companies on a timely basis.
Monitor cash flows & ensure payments are made on a timely basis.
Liaise with auditors for statutory audit.
Submission of income tax estimates & company tax return.
Perform bank reconciliation & propose action plan to clear unreconciled items.
Budgeting for multiple phase companies.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
