Senior Account Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesHandling full sets of accounts, including cash management, receivables, payables, general ledger, inventory, and bank record transactions and reconciliation for year end closing.
Managing and reporting daily financial and accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Prepare tax estimate and ensure all tax payment is paid within the stipulated time frame.
Liaising with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, suppliers, contractors and other parties to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Ensuring proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports, tax returns, and compliance with tax regulations.
Handling day-to-day administrative and operational activities, and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
