About the roleAs a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's financial accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support the organisation's strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth.
What you'll be doing
Ensure the completeness of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets or documents for monthly accounts closing by the targeted deadline.
Oversee all accounting matters.
Ensure Income Statement and Balance Sheet schedules are in place on a monthly basis.
Assist in yearly financial audit and liaise with auditors.
Ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained.
Prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliations.
Ad hoc duties as required.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Professional Certificate or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): SQL & Auto Count Accounting System, Microsoft Office.
Has a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently under a challenging environment.
Knowledge of accounting standards and local tax compliance.
Possess own transport and willing to work at Puchong & for relocation.
Able to start work immediately will bean added advantage.
