Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a team player with a burning passion for web projects, digital marketing, creative production, MarTech, and everything in between. The candidate will be responsible for client management and serves as a conduit between the clients and our online marketing, digital media, web development and creative teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



-Understanding our client's business and digital marketing objectives as well as their customers online.


-To consult and plan with our clients on their digital marketing campaigns/projects.


-Translating the client's requirements to our fulfillment team(s)


-Ensure the quality and the timeliness of the deliverables


-Manage clients effectively, aligning expectations and working towards a common goal(s)


-Building and maintaining client-agency relationship

-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken


-Excellent negotiator


-Fine presentation skills


-In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies for performance marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, web design, UI/UX, and web analytics.


-Excellent project management and resource planning skills 

Qualifications



-Prior experience in a similar agency role preferred.


-Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Business, Comms, Marketing, Public Relations, and/or similar.


-At least 2 years experience in the field.
