Senior Account Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to handle full set of accounts;Prepare monthly financial report and accompanying schedule and reports;Perform balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis;Plans, coordinates, and verifies work of subordinates;Prepare and review SST return and ensure accuracy and timely submission;Able to liaise with customers on accounting matters;Liaise with external parties eg. Auditors, tax agent, customs, etc.Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must possess at least Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting;Fresh graduated are also encourage to apply.Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word/ Preferably AutoCount/ Xero Accounting will be added advantage).Good team player and willing to learn.Analytical, resourceful, organised, able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight deadlinesGood spoken and written in English; Mandarin will be added advantage as need to liaise with Chinese clients.Able to start work immediately will be ADDED ADVANTAGE.
