Job Description Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenanceManage month-end closing process and ensure all month-end journals, AP and AR sections are closed promptlyCoordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activitiesPrepare monthly financial statements for management reportingPrepare and review all balance sheet schedule to its control accounts including bank reconciliationsDevelop and enforce accounting policies, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, and be accountable for the accuracy of financial resultsLiaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as requiredHandle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filingsLiaise with company secretary as required for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure complianceIdentify and mitigate any financial and compliance riskPlan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocationAssist with forecasting and budgeting exercisesWork closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-marking Requirements Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience of relevant experienceFull-set accounting experience preferredStrong in basic accounting principlesStrong in data analysis/data management, with keen attention to detailsGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel), financial software and tools
