Senior Account Executive

Salary Range : RM 4,000 - RM 5,500 Working Location : Butterworth Benefits - 13th Month Bonus - Performance Bonus - Team Building Activities - Overseas Annual Company Trip - Extra Paid Leave (During Chinese New Year) - Encashment of Leave (Annual Leave) - Dental Claim - Medical Claim Scope: Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports (AP, AR, GL) Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Manager Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
