Responsibilities:Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, conducting monthly reconciliations and monitoring general ledger transactions.
Provide essential information for statutory tax and audit inquiries.
Manage ad hoc assignments and additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Independently handle full sets of accounts and generate comprehensive financial reports.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of SST reports, maintaining regulatory compliance.
Supervise junior staff, offering guidance and support in their daily tasks.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, to ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve issues.
Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations, recommending necessary adjustments.
Respond quickly to clients to maintain good relationships.
Requirements:Candidate should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
For Senior positions, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
For Junior positions, at least 1 year of working experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
