Qualifications & Experience
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in auditing & accounting.
Education: At least a degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects independently.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and accounting regulations.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage Full Sets of Accounts: Oversee and manage full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Financial Statements and Reports: Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports to support decision-making processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Financial Reporting Standards, and regulations.
Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their financial needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
