JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing project analysis reportCompiling data from various department for reporting purposes (e.g : Planner, Contract, Project Team, Procurement, Sales & HR)Work closely with Planner & Project Team to keep update on the current work progressAssist superior in updating weekly data for forecast billing & collection reportAble to understand and willing to learn Project Work Programme & Payment MilestoneBackup Open SO meeting presentation.Backup for Project Code and account preset creation in QNE for new project awarded.Assist in submission of e-invoicing in LHDN portal (upcoming task - Implement on Jan'25)Assist in updating Project List report.Assist in preparing project invoice submission letterAssist in compiling all supporting docs from project team for submission claim (if any)Assist in preparing monthly full set account (e.g : Bank recon, revenue recognition, accrual, JV cost allocation - Salary & Claim)Assist in preparing document for tender submission (e.g: request CTC bank statement)Assist superior in preparing yearly & monthly forecast cashflow report.Backup in preparing PV & uploading payment in online banking Assist in audit & tax - Liase with auditor & tax agentAssist in SST submission REQUIREMENT Have own initiative to understand each project - because different prj have different claiming process & payment milestoneAble to work in team - because need to liaise with various departmntAt least have basic knowledge in excel - know simple formula, Pivot table, vlookupCan work in fast pace environment - because we have meeting every Monday, only have 5 working days to complete the meeting report including other actual tasks & adhoc.Good attitude - know responsibility & take care of attendance record
