Senior Account Executive 

- Manage full-set accounting and prepare monthly financial reports for the companies in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate tracking of car accounts for each sale and calculate commissions for sales staff on a case-by-case basis.
- Review and supervise bookkeeping performed by junior staff to guarantee accuracy in the accounting system.
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor debtor and creditor aging closely to prevent long-standing debts.
- Mentor junior staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and filing is done properly.
- Maintain organized records and files for all client profiles and transactions.
- Communicate with third parties, including auditors, tax agents, customers, suppliers, and bankers.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax agents on accounting and tax-related matters.
- Prepare tax computations and estimates.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of generating any reports requested by the director or management.
- Effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines set by the director or management.
- Assist with urgent tasks or special assignments from the director or management.
- Able to start work immediately and prioritize effectively.
