Senior Account Executive
Salary Range: RM 2,000 and RM3,000

Exposure to clients from multinational to SMEs in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia and othercountries.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned clients, including but not limited to
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities to resolve any issues orinquiries.
Provide payroll processing and administration services, including the calculation of salaries;statutory declarations, and employee claims.
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices toensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role or within a professional services firm.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Malaysian citizenship or valid work authorization in Malaysia.
Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred to handle China client
