About the roleElite Transform Consulting PLT is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Johor Bahru, Johor.
As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and internal controls
Provide financial and operational data to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting-related issues
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, IFRS, and Malaysian tax regulations
Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
