Job DescriptionEmbark on a dynamic journey in skin care, cosmetic, personal care, household care, F&B distribution & marketing industry as ourSenior Account & Finance Officer .
The Account and Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Financial Transactions:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements that include monthly cash flow, cash flow year-to-date, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Compliance:
Handle taxation and statutory accounts; liaise with the external auditors & tax agent.
Assist with monthly Payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS.
Strategic Financial Management:
Formulate long-term financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives, goals, and growth plans.
Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
Job RequirementsMinimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL) or other accounting software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge and experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
