Full-Set Accounting
• Managefull-set accountsincluding general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and fixed assets.
• Record all daily financial transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and accounts reconciliation.Financial Reporting
• Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements(Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Generate financial reports and analysis for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/IFRS).Tax Management
• Prepare and fileSST, Corporate Tax, and other statutory tax filings .
• Ensure the company complies with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and relevant government authorities when required.Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop company budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track actual expenses and revenues against the budget, providing variance analysis.Cash Flow & Cost Management
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
• Manage accounts receivable collections and accounts payable schedules to optimize.Audit & Compliance
• Manage annual audits, ensuring accurate records and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve any audit issues promptly.
• Maintain proper internal controls to safeguard company assets.
