Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, note to account in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Analyze financial results and variances and prepare a management report to update the senior management and providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.Develop and maintain financial reporting templates, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting across the organization.Compliance and Governance:
Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consolidation and reporting processes. Professional Qualification – ACCA, CIMA, CA, Degree or equivalentBroad experience in managing full spectrum of financial & management reporting, analysis, preferably in multinational corporation or audit firm. Highly motivated individual, independent and hands-on will be criticalConfident communicator with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders with different cultural backgroundIn-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards.Advanced skills in Microsoft application such as Excel, Powerpoint, word, Power BITotal years of working experiences: Min 5 years
