Processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely billingMonitoring accounts receivable, sending reminders, and following up on outstanding paymentsLiaising with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepanciesMaintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable activitiesPreparing comprehensive reports on accounts receivable status and collection effortsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the accounts receivable functionTo assist in handling finance and accounting functions of the company, including account closing, auditing, and taxationPerform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time Job Requirement: At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clientsExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsProficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applicationsProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
